Hill Country Resort Cottages is owned by Cory and Sally Ann—a husband-and-wife team passionate about helping people create a simpler, more intentional way of living. Based in Texas, they specialize in beautifully designed resort cottages and park model homes built with quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
All homes are built in Texas and can be shipped nationwide. Pricing varies depending on the home design, customizations, transportation distance, and site-specific requirements. Their goal is to help each customer find the right home to fit both their lifestyle and budget while making the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. They pride themselves on having the best customer service around!

Our houses are customizable allowing you to pick your own paint colors, flooring, counter tops, tile choices, plumbing fixtures, as well as change window sizes, move the location of the front door, design cabinetry, etc. From conception to construction and nationwide delivery, we ensure your dream home becomes a reality.
